SZ Lin, President, ISA Taiwan Section President & Owner, Sun Square
SZ contributes to the development of the ISA/IEC 62443 standards, participates in ISAGCA & ISASecure. As well as the SEMI SMCC committee, focusing on compliance-driven cybersecurity implementation in the semiconductor sector.
With experience across energy systems, semiconductor manufacturing, and transportation, SZ advises organizations on OT cybersecurity assessments and product security strategies. He holds internationally recognized credentials including CISSP, CCSP, ISSAP, CSSLP, GICSP (Gold), and ISA/IEC 62443 Expert.
Steve Mustard, President, Au2mation
Steve has been in the automation profession for over 35 years, including developing embedded software and hardware for military applications and developing products for industrial automation and control systems.
Much of his current work involves assessing the cybersecurity readiness of critical infrastructure organizations. Steve is a licensed Professional Engineer, a U.K.-registered Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering & Technology, a European-registered EurIng, a Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional and a Certified Mission Critical Professional. He is an ISA Fellow and was the 2021 ISA President.
David Shires, Senior OT Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer, ExxonMobil
David is currently a Senior OT Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer at ExxonMobil, based in Spring, Texas, with over 2 decades of experience at the intersection of operational technology (OT), automation, and cybersecurity. David participates in a team that defines cybersecurity strategy and technical direction for OT cybersecurity solutions and systems, working with a global team to define solutions and work practices that strengthen defenses for critical infrastructure.
A recognized leader in the OT cybersecurity space, David serves as a key liaison between ExxonMobil and external vendors, standards bodies, and industry associations, helping to shape the broader cybersecurity landscape. Their work focuses on securing industrial control systems (ICS), mentoring the next generation of ExxonMobil’s cybersecurity professionals, and driving continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices.
